    Hope that helps.

I accept responsibility for my failures. The recession was over two years ago. What's the problem?
I post the same information over and over again hoping that it sinks in, what is the problem? Here is the problem

Obama record, 15.1 million officially unemployed TODAY 2 1/2 years later, 16.2% total unemployment or underemployment over 24 million TODAY, 4 trillion added to the debt as of the end of fiscal year 2011, and a rising misery index(7.83 to 12.67).

Now we have .4% GDP growth first quarter 2011 and 1.3% growth second quarter GDP growth. These results are being ignored by the Obama supporter

    Well, isn't this petty?

Obama didn't extend them quick enough, even though they didn't expire before he did.

He didn't have absolute control. The party of "no" still had the ability to filibuster, and did.

    Process, my friend. Process.

The President can submit plans 'til the cows come home, but it would not matter. It's good theater, but the fact of the matter is it is the responsibility of C-O-N-G-R-E-S-S to appropriate spending, one of their enumerated powers. And as I've stated a few times now, the President did submit his budget plan, but the Senate voted it down not because it wasn't a good plan, but rather because they became aware of a better one he went public concerning.

For more details, see this article from the Hill:

The president’s budget called for ending tax cuts for the wealthy and a three-year domestic spending freeze, saving an estimated $1.1 trillion over 10 years. Democratic senators at the time called it “an important step forward”, “a good start” and a “credible blueprint.”

No Democratic senator was willing to support it, however, after Obama discussed a more ambitious plan at George Washington University to save $4 trillion over 12 years. Republicans criticized his speech for lacking detail.

The Senate voted unanimously on Wednesday to reject a $3.7 trillion budget plan that President Obama sent to Capitol Hill in February.

Ninety-seven senators voted against a motion to take it up.

Democratic aides said ahead of the vote that the Democratic caucus would not support the plan because it has been supplanted by the deficit-reduction plan Obama outlined at a speech at George Washington University in April.

So its not ideologically driven considering Both Republicans and Democrats have used this procedure IIRC over 100 times since 1940. The reason you disagree is the potential level of debt? But do you agree its much with America liable to default in paying debt?

LOL, the party of NO? Stimulus, Obamacare, massive increase in regulations, executive orders and these are the results. You telling me that Obama didn't have a filibuster proof Congress during his first two years?

There doesn't have to be a default and you should know it but apparently don't. Keep buying the Obama rhetoric and thus the Obama lies. Prove that the govt. doesn't have the money to pay for its true obligations, debt service, Military, and SS/Medicare?

All since Republicans took the house. What happened to their promise of jobs. They promised us that if we'd vote them in, they'd bring us jobs.

GDP growth Since the recession came to an end:

    2009 Q4 - 3.8%
    2010 Q1 - 3.9%
    2010 Q2 - 3.7%
    2010 Q3 - 2.5%
    2010 Q4 - 2.3%

GDP growth Since Republicans took the House.

    2011 Q1 - .4%
    2011 Q2 - 1.3%

Unemployment rates from the end of the recession:

Peaked at 10.1%; dropped to 8.9% in February, 2011.

    Since Republicans took the House.

    Increased to 9.2%

And if trends keep up, the stock market will have lost all the gains it had made in 2011!

So, let's recap: GDP growth slowed since Republicans took over. Unemployment is up instead of down since Republicans took over. And all of our retirements are about to collapse because a bunch of freshmen signed their pledge of allegiance to Grover Norquist.

Tell that to the 24 million unemployed or under employed Americans. How do you expect the House to get anything through the Democrat controlled Senate and the President. Nice spin but typical liberal revisionism
