This Norwegian had a political agenda, born of right wing paranoia. Those guys were: 1. Cho=crazy. 2. Klebold/Harris: Angry punks.

Why do those Muslims sit back and do nothing to eradicate the terrorists? Mostly we hear, "If the U.S. fill in the blank".

All we get from the global Muslim community are excuses and lip service.

Well, I agree we should wait til the investigation is complete but I wouldn't say it was wrong for people to initially suspect Jihadists. After the initial Oslo blast ‘Helpers of the Global Jihad’ posted a message claiming it was only the beginning of the retaliation (over earlier cartoons Norway had published featuring Mohammad). Their post has now been dismissed as a publicity stunt whatever that means. So they wanted the blame or "credit" I guess. //shrug//

I'm still curious why they would claim credit for something they weren't involved with. I've never seen that before, not to mention it's a very dangerous stunt to pull.

I'm still convinced that the car bomb and the shooting were linked.
 
I find this rather unnerving, even with the lunatic the killing spree, Norway still has a lower murder rate than a smaller populated city in the United States.:(

Norway has a population of just fewer than five million, the murder rate is/was three per 100,000 population. Sssoo...according to my handy dandy calculator that comes to around 150 for the whole county of 5 mill.
 
Norway has country club prisons where prisoners lead leasurely lifes sun bathing, and enjoying good meals. The Maximum sentence for murder in Norway is 21 years. And if he is convicted of 93 counts of murder according to Norwegian law his sentences must run concurrently. Thats messed up. I wonder if they will change thier laws now. This sob should die a horrible death for what he has done.

I do have my speculations, but they are speculations and nothing more. Let's hope the investigation can shed some light into this issue, though I doubt it.

Apparently this guy thinks he's fighting Islamic dominance in Europe, and blames multiculturalism as the method. Generally he's probably correct, but he failed to identify the correct target and the method of fighting them. Shooting children does not accomplish the mission, nor does a random violent act such as this, regardless of the victims.

Ah, the Scandinavian law system. If you want to commit a high profile crime, Scandinavia is certainly the place for you. The prisons are like 5 stars hotels as well.
