    Really?

I applaud your bravery, but I'd never vote for someone just because of their race, not even Obama.

The Stewart clip comes at about 5 Min. 25 Sec. into the video you will find if you follow the link.

I actually liked everything Mr. Cain had to say except for his comments about Stewart, he makes a great deal of sense.
Yeah - I agree with Cain. Black liberals/Democrats have a HUGE problem with black conservatives/Republicans. I've been in numerous debates with people who fit this bill - they feel that republicans/conservatives are in opposition to what they *should* represent or believe in as if their race is binding and everyone MUST be the same and think the same. They also pounce on jokes all the time. Example: during the 2008 election season there were countless jokes about "how long did the camera man have to search the crowd to find that one black dude?"

I feel bad for black conservatives/republicans - they tend to be treated as is they've **** on their families and friends because they hold a few fiscally conservative policies . . .and it's such a serious issue I've heard of some being ostracized from their communities and shunned by their families.

Just in the same way that a lot of female liberals/democrats have HUGE problems with female conservatives/republicans . . . they find them to be in opposition of what they feel women "should" value and represent so they get shafted.

It's as if the notions of individuality and self guidance are tossed out the window for the sake of race and gender.

    Does everyone do this? No
But those that do are very hurtful, spiteful and downright horrid.

what is brave about admitting you were foolish enough to vote for someone based on the color of their skin?

would you be applauding her bravery if she had said "I voted for McCain because he wasn't black"?

The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.

I think the denial is on the left. The Left can't help but insist that every white person in the country--'cept for Libbos, of course--is a racist. It's one of the few talking points your have left.

So at what point did a reasonably decent imitation of someone's voice become "racist". This is just more of the Republicans trying their favorite tactic of playing "the race card" in a situation that obviously doesn't call for it.

    1) What Conservative is crying that Stewart is a racist?

    2) You know damn good and well, that if Stewart--or anyone else--had mocked Obama this way, you would be calling for his head. Look what happened to Mark Halperin for calling Obama a, "dick".

Another one that's never heard of Amos and Andy. Incredible!

If a white person impersonated Obama, in black face would that be racist?

about the same time as pointing out that black folks have a penchant for eating fried chicken or that white folks like mayonaise

How about Dan Rather's reference to Obama selling watermelons on the side of the road and Chris Wallace blowing a gasket over it?

    Oh, wait...that was different.
