Page 12. Look at the list of drugs in terms of harmfulness. This is from a UN commission.

In 1937 we got the BS for all this time and the wacko movie Reefer Madeness which I was shown in High School in the 60s and thought it was a comedy and didn't know anything about Pot at the time.

I have since learned the facts, and it is why I think that lying about Pot has brought a lot of young people into addictions with really dangerous drugs because people think, they lied about Pot did they lie about Cocaine, and other drugs too.

We have lied about sex too, and I think kids find out about the lies and all hell breaks loose,
Have we ever agreed before? But I suppose if Ron Paul and Barney Frank can co-sponsor a bill, we can find some things to agree upon.

And REEFER MADNESS is one of the most awesome pieces of bad cinema ever made. I love that movie.

IMHO the US economy would turn around over night if marijuana was legalized, taxed, and regulated. There's a place for smaller businesses that sell pot to thrive as well. Just see what's happening in California. Big business doesn't necessarily have to control that market. There would also be no reason for pot smugglers to cross the border, and underage consumption would drastically decrease. I feel confident marijuana's place in society would mirror alcohol following prohibition.

Yup... california has like a 2 trillion GDP... that's higher than Canada and it'll probably overtake Italy.

Yeah, that must be the answer.

I say legalize it....It could singlehandedly pull Frito Lay, and the Keebler Elves out of their slump.

Pot would lose its "cool" factor. lol. It wouldn't be "counter-culture" any more. It's standing in our society and our social consciousness would prob'ly diminish even though it would become more present physically because ti would lose its "social meaning".
    I mean prob'ly. imho. ymmv
    I may be wrong.
