    I shot expert, of course

The free-fire event followed qualification. Though scores weren't for the record, they were used for feedback and bragging rights. I shot my event from the mounted position. Quite a different feel compared to all the prone shooting I had been doing until then. I had a former infantry buddy as my coach, he taught me everything I know about the saw.

I must be the only saw-gunner in our company who likes the added pistol grip that came in the barrel-bag. The only thing I use it for is complying with our unit's absolute zero-tolerance 'you will carry your weapon in the lower-ready at all times' policy. For a while I just kicked my bipod forward and stood the saw whenever I was in a line or something, but I was put in the front leaning and informed that that was not acceptable

A collapsing but-stock would be nice, though.
Qualified in NBC in the Phillipines, now shooting and running in that environment..brutal. Cudo's and congrats on your expert badge well done. I qualified in boot camp as a sharp shooter, my yearly qualifications thereafter was expert both on the Colt .45 1911 and M-16.

Did you ever have a problem with ammo on the nut-sack hanging up on that lip? I've been warned about it, but so far I've only used either short links to zero or 200rnd drums.

It would be nice if you actually took the time to read the story before you say something some might think puts your ability to comprehend the written word, but I won't.

What I will do is ask that you read the following. These were were not who you think they were.

Does the word Cartel ring a bell?

Agents who gave chase found the truck abandoned on the banks of the Rio Grande, and a group of people on the Mexican shore unloading bundles of marijuana from rubber rafts, according to the Department of Public Safety.

Border Patrol agents say Mexican smugglers often use small, high-quality rafts to float drugs into U.S. territory, where they load them onto waiting vehicles to be taken farther north. Of late, however, smugglers wait with the rafts in American territory in case the vehicles are spotted and have to flee back to the river. There, they quickly put the drugs back onto the rafts and head back to Mexico to keep U.S. authorities from seizing the load.

Colonel Kelly-first cousin of a good friend of mine. RPG into his Helicopter-spy had leaked the passenger list to the insurgents.

Not simply illegals, W. Drug smugglers who fired on our border patrol. That deserves no mercy.
