Yeah, I saw. The sources for "expected injuries" came from police departments.

But besides the point. While tasers can be used to decrease fatalities with incidents with police, I'm not going to say that because you don't expect a huge impact or negative side effects on the adult population that you have excused yourself to taser unarmed little children.

I don't know why I bother responding to unreasonable people, but.. a taser sends electrical pulses that constrict muscle movement. Even if you want to fight it, you cannot. In this situation the fighting stopped and she was taken to a juvenile care facility. Everything turned out fine, and yet people like you still want to be outraged.
