Love: We have the best equipment of any military in the world Hate: Fiscal conservatism is viewed as a joke more than a way of life. To propose that someone, especially someone that is of senior rank, cut some of their perks or entitlements, is viewed as borderline blasphemy.
Love: Our officers are the best in the military Hate: They know it, they will tell you it, and will never admit when a lowly enlisted man is right.
Love: We have nicknames and call each other things like Devil Dog, Leatherneck, Hard Corps, and Killer, to name a few Hate: When people from other branches think they rate to call us those names. We're stuck up and elitist, get over it.
