Today, FishbowlDC posted a Fox News memo acknowledging "a series of mistakes on FNC in recent months" and pledging to "quality check everything before it makes air, and we never having [sic] to explain, retract, qualify or apologize again." The memo added that "[m]istakes by any member of the show team that end up on air may result in immediate disciplinary action" and "jobs are on the line here."

However they might want to spread the word a bit to all their stations in the Fox Family.

Actually they are trying to charge for everything now. They are even trying to strike a deal with with Microsoft now to to get them delistited from google.

Yes this is true, they are following the trend and given the death (or looming death) of the daily newspaper and print news, they are hardly alone in this regard. I admit I fail to see the relevance though.

It just occured to me that this approach could mean that Media Matters, Think Progress and all the websites that link to and use their video feeds will have to pay as well, or face the consequences. Hmmmmmmm, Murdoch is more savvy than many give him credit for.

No not really, in fact the Fox OCD crowd could crow that Fox has now acknowledged amateurish mistakes. They need not disatnce themselves from any pundits as all that speech is preceded by the obligatory "op/ed disclaimer" that has been around for quite some time now.
