Michael Moore is to the Left/Modern Liberalism as Glenn Beck is to the Right/Conservatism.

Discuss.

(I know it's on General Politics but that's where it was moved to, though I'm sure this is the better place for it)

The most obvious difference of course being, that Beck loves America, while Moore hates her.

Moore only hates America as long as it and it's people keep paying him to do so. He's just fulfilling a need - there must be someone to create propogandist self-hating material out there for public consumption. That he gets rich off it to create yet more and perpetuate that self-hate is double the irony.

I find the irony of him taking shots at capitalism while using it to make his millions as a testament to the sheeple he sells his documentaries too.

They are both just stating what they believe is the best path for America. When I hear someone say that someone else with a different opinion hates America, I just want to say to them that the Founding Fathers had a different opinion, Abraham Lincoln had a different opinion, YOU have a different opinion, everyone has a different opinion.
