When the 2006 elections were coming up, MSNBC had an advertisement for the coverage. Chris Matthews ended it with "the stakes are high, and they will do anything to hold onto power."

For that, MSNBC takes the crown. Though Fox does give it a good run.

I'd have to say MSNBC. Everything they offer is far left with the exception of Morning Joe, and he's a very moderate republican that surrounds himself with far left pundits.

The reason I don't choose Fox, is because they have Gretta, who is a democrat, and Shepherd Smith. They also have 2 shows a week from Geraldo Rivera.

The other reason I don't choose Fox, is because even on the shows hosted by conservatives such as Hannity and O'Reilly, they always feature representatives from both sides of an issue, rather than just inviting people on who only see things from their perspective. You don't see very much of that from MSNBC.

Yeah...Heavyweights like Colmes who was a casper milquetoast & chosen for that reason.
Listen, I Admit that MSNBC is left wing.... but to try to sell us the idea that Fox makes any real attempt at fairness is BS.

When you want the Dem's spin...put on MSNBC
When you want the GOP spin...put on Fox
When you want the real story...watch them both & split the difference. (or better still...Watch CSPAN & make up your own mind instead of being told what to think)
