OK, so does free speech prevail here? If someone does kill Bill O'Reilly, are the East Coast Avengers guilty of inciting murder?
So answer the poll.

If those gangsta wannabe dudes, with the gold grills, that hold their cocks all day, can "rap" ( ) about killing cops and beatin' down ho's and beotches, why not a "Kill Bill" song?
It's America, after all.

That said, this song sucks ass. The whole premise of it sucks ass. This band sucks ass as a whole.

In fact, that is the best part of the whole thing for me. |

So answer the poll. | This is a rather tough one, but as much as I dislike Bill O'Reilly, I believe this production should be illegal. With the Bill of Rights comes responsibilities. Should this be allowed to stand, then why not incite riots, why not advocate assassinating the president, and why not incite rape, ethnic cleansing, running people over with your car, or a public lynching? There has to be a limit somewhere, and to me, this song went beyond that limit. Should Bill O'Reilly be killed by someone who listened to this song, then The East Coast Avengers might as well have pulled the trigger themselves. They are calling for the murder of someone. This is about as wrong as you can get. |

What's the difference?
Bill O'Reilly ain't the president, and this ain't 1983.
If it was okay then, it must be okay now.

O'Reilly gets paid to be inflammatory (this is what gets ratings, blase gets cancelled). By being a political firebrand, and getting paid handsomely for it, he invites people to hate him. Let's face it people are generally irrational and stupid. |
