‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screenshot]

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

Without a racial angle to make up, CNN wouldn't even care to mention the ruling.

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

Not quite true. Race is really part of the story as much as some don't want it to be. Because it really is part of the story, it's more biased not to mention it than to mention it.

Race has NOTHING to do with it. The officer would have shot a white man that did the same thing.

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

But, the fact is it was a white officer and a black teen. This is a fact. Are facts race baiting?

They can be, just as that headline from CNN proves.

That is a total crock Boo.

Race has everything to do with the protests and riots that took place before and after the verdict, but it had absolutely nothing to do with the issue that was decided by the Grand Jury. This was about whether a police officer's actions were justified, when he used lethal force against a suspected thief that resulted in his death... A decision that does not take race into account.

They are race baiting because the media knows there are millions of idiots who will immediately assume that racism was the reason for the shooting without any further details.

Yep, especially when that is the goal (obviously) and they only supply partial facts.

No, it is more biased to frame it that way since race is irrelevant when describing the event.

Yes, CNN just wants to make sure that those that haven't been following it closely are properly mislead to believe that the evil white policeman gunned down a poor black child who was probably about to ask him for help, for the sole reason that he was black.

I remember the first news flash of the event that I saw was from CBS. "White cop kills unarmed black teen." I thought, "Wow, that sounds pretty bad." It sounded awful that a cop would just gun down a poor kid like that. Of course, I knew there just might be a few facts left out by our top notch media, LOL.

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

The only bias I see here is from Fox News. Fact is that a white police officer shot an unarmed black teenager 6 times and got away with murder.

No, a cop shot a suspect who physically attacked him in a justified act of self defense, that race played absolutely no part in.

So what you meant to say based on the facts was, "The only un-biased reports I see here are from Fox News."

lol

at least they didn't say unarmed black child.

Well if it was a black policeman who shot and a white person, you can damn well bet Fox News would make those facts known.

[That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it]

The only reason what so ever to mention race in this case it to imply racism on the part of the police officer. That is the only reason the rats in the media went with race. The media could have said "Unarmed robbery suspect shot while allegedly assaulting police officer", "Police officer shoots unarmed man that allegedly was assaulting him.", "Suspect shot while allegedly assaulting a police officer", "Police officer allegedly shot unarmed robbery suspect that was assaulting him." or any other term that had nothing to do with race.

When someone burglarizes a home the media doesn't say black, white, or whatever else robs the home of a white, black or what ever else homeowner.

A 'Bosnian' man was beaten to death by 4 teens...juveniles...adolescents...with hammers.

How readily do you suppose the race of the murderers was identified?

I keep hearing about this story. Didn't the guys who did it get arrested and are being charged with murder?

I am sure the facts are Michael Brown loves cheeseburgers, pigs out at all you can eat buffets, eats little Debbie snack cakes and other junk judging by his weight. But I didn't see the media using any of those words in his description. I didn't see the media mention his waist size, what kind of shoes he wears, toilet paper he uses or any other facts as well.

I believe they did...which is even MORE weird that they arent describing the attackers, dont you think?

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

Now that's funny.

CNN is more credible when their anchors are talking about penis biting.

Exactly WHICH part of the CNN announcement is NOT true?

Yup, it is. How often are headlines that say, Black man shoots a Black man?
Or, Black man shoots a White officer, or Black man shoots a Mexican?
Or, White man shoots a White man?
I hope you can see through your liberal bias.

I think they did describe them. But the reason it's a nonstory is because the people have been arrested and charged. If they claimed self defense, and were still wandering the streets with no charges... there'd be a good case for outrage.

You dont even believe what you just typed. You cant.

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

Exactly WHICH part of the CNN announcement is NOT true?

What does the accuracy of the CNN headline have to do with this discussion? This is about CNN unnessisarily injecting the race of both men into their headline about the Grand Jury decision, when race played no part in that decision or the incident itself.

The following headline would have also been true and like CNN's, also falsely implies that race played a part in the Grand Jury's decision:

No Indictment. Grand Jury believes deadly force justified for white cop violently attacked by 285 pound black robbery suspect

Both headlines are biased and neither one has any business being published by a legitimate, main stream news organization ... The only difference between them, is CNN implies that the cop shot him because he was black and wasn't justified in doing so because he was unarmed... While the headline I wrote suggests the man was a violent street thug and criminal who attacked the cop because he was white, therefore was justified.

Hell, if you want to get technical about it, the headline I wrote was actually more accurate and fact based than the one CNN did, because mine reflects the same thing that the Grand Jury's decision did... That the shooting by officer Wilson was justified.

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

Why are those facts relevant?

Why didn't it say "28 Year Old Cop Shoots 18 Year Old Man Who Earlier Stole Cigars From Convenience Store With Cohort"? Those are facts too.

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

Race has NOTHING to do with it. The officer would have shot a white man that did the same thing.

So if a white man pointed a weapon at a Police Officer, the Officer will shoot the gunman regardless of his race?

Re: ‘Bias much?’ Stunning contrast between CNN and FNC Ferguson news alerts [screensh

All this fuss over where 10% of the people get their news. Whoopee.

Because you need to point it out to feed the CPC. If we ever "stopped persecuting" all conservatives, so many would lose their raison d'etre.

True. Why are the present racial instigators, agitators and riot inciters not worried about their own house? Vast majority of black male youth deaths are caused by other black male youths. One could legitimately say that at this rate it's genocide of that particular population segment.

If you want to make it really bad, say "Cop shoots unarmed citizen." Which of course is fine with all the "libertarians."

BTW, can you see through your conservative bias?
