The election about nothing?

And electing a Republican Senate would fix that? Have you paid attention to the House or are we conveniently forgetting which party has controlled that over the last 4 years?

The house controlled the house. The Senate was sent over three hundred bills from the house which were tabled and never brought up for even a debate. Don't get me wrong, there is gridlock in government and I'm actually a big fan of gridlock but with respect to running the government, Democrats have all the power.

I'm not a fan of mainstream republicans either however. They are just as interested in their own power and the democrats are. The difference is someone has to save us from the idiocy which is the Obama presidency and if that has to be a republican senate, that's as good as we can do right now.

The house can do nothing if the senate blocks it. A rep senate would stop BO cold.

The Senate also can't do anything without the House. They've pretty much stopped Obama as it is.

If the Republicans win the Senate, bad government continues unfettered.

Nah...

Don't worry. You still have Obama. LOL!!

Seriously, though, your characterization of Republicans being "bad government" could just as well hold true for the Democrats. It depends on your point of view. Heck, considering what the Democrats did to our country by shoving Obamacare down our throats, one could make a real good case for them being the epitome of "bad government".

I didn't characterize Republicans as bad government, I characterized the current gridlock as such. A Republican Senate isn't going to change that.
