These pictures were taken at the anti war protests over the weekend. Is this the way the left supports the troops? You won't see these pictures in the left wing media. You on the left will critcize the link but you can't deny the pictures..........

I can't deny the pictures, but I will deny that a few people equals "the left," or that a few people equals "portland." I will deny that either you or Malkin can think straight. I won't deny that you employ beefed-up rhetoric and hyperbole in order to demonize millions of people that had nothing to do with this single event staged by a whacko anarchist.

Those pictures were taken at and anti war rally......Why do you lefties allow those kinds of signs and actions if you support the troops........Its because a lot of people on the left although they will never admit it hate the troops......I can tell you at a support the troop rally those guys would not last one minute.......

Maybe they let them because according to the consitution they have freedom of assembly.

So...you're attacking the media for NOT showing detailed and insulting pictures of an anti-war rally from someone on the crazy left burning a soldier in effegy?

I would think that getting that kind of picture on the news is exactally what the person who did that wanted. In fact, if they HAD showed that picture, you'd probaby be using THAT as proof that the media was "left wing".

If anything, the fact that the mainstream media has pretty much ignored anti-war protests for the last 4 years pretty much proves that the mainstream media has a right-wing bias.

You compltely miss the point......This anti war rally was suppose to be about stopping the war and bringing our troops homes........Burning a soldier in effigy and burining of American flags says different..........

I certanly agree with you on that point, and it's clear that the person who did that was a hateful idiot, and I would say not at all representitive of the anti-war movement in general.

What I don't agree with is your attempt to suggest that the fact that the media didn't cover that somehow proves they have a "left-wing bias", which dosn't make any sense at all to me; about the worst thing they could have done would be to give that idiot extensive media attention.

How do you guys on the right allow the bombings of abortion clinics if you love the sinner & hate the sin??? Hmm?!? :roll:

This is a terrible way to protest, but it's in no way reflective of the mainstream anti-war movement.
 
Having just perused the website in question, I must say that I am a bit disapointed with this sentence that appeared on the main page:

"At the Goracle hearing, Sen. Barbara Boxer cattily lorded her power over Sen. James Inhofe during Inhofe's questioning."


"Cattily lorded". My eighth grade English teacher would be mortified.

Again if you are supporting the troops then you son't allow **** like that to go on at your rally....

Those pictures should have been all over the left wing media but it would never happen........I see plenty of pictures by the left wing media saying Bush is a Nazi and Impeach Bush.........Why none of these?

We don't allow them.we condemn them..........Anybody that bombs and abortion clinic should be punished to the full extent of the law.........If they kill someone they should receive the death penalty..I will even volunteer the pull the switch....Is that clear enough for you???????

It just says that there are a lot of people that are anti war that actually hate the military as much as they hate this president...........They can't get over the fact that our military think the world of their commder in Chief unlike when Clinton was president whom that thought was a joke.......
