Possible self-fulfilling prophecy? This was not Aurora. It was not the Sikh shootings. It wasn't the Holocaust Museum guard, and it wasn't Carl Tiller. In any sort of broadly rational and independent perspective, this was news, but it was not major news. Sorry to say, but about all that actually stands out about this incident is that role-playing, spotlight-seeking, right-wing spin doctors want the media to handle it differently from the way that similar incidents have typically been handled.

He's not paid to be accurate. He's paid to say stupid ****. Anyone who puts much stock in any political entertainer of any stripe is logically challenged IMHO.
