why Republicans would pay attention to MSNBC is beyond me.... you are going to see very little that you will like over there.

Is he a newscaster, or opinion? Because I understand that distinction is important when analyzing Fox, so the same rules apply to MSNBC, right?

As far as I know MSNBC does not have news programs, they're mostly political discussion shows.

Well, . . . yeah. I might call beck stupid, but i don't complain about his bias. Hell, it's what he is paid for. I'd ahve to be an idiot to whine about him doing what he's paid to do.

Let's be clear. Entertainers are not news. And political entertainers are less than entertainers. Some may be smarter than others, but none of them are news. They are paid to be provocative, and often insanly biased. If you like Beck and O'Reilly, you can't complain about Oberman and Maddow. Sorry.
 
So if this was President Obama's bus on, let's say Hannity or Limbaugh, and it was shown being blown up over and over, their would be no outgrage? Sorry Jack, I'm not trading my cow for those beans today. What a hoot!

Every time Hannity says something obviously biased, what do you righties say? "Well, it's an opinion show, not news."

Why should MSNBC live up to a higher standard than Fox?

I know not everyone reads my posts, but I've stated several times I don't listen/watch much TV/radio. I read papers and watch local news. And before you say - "how do you get any news" - most, if not all news on the mainstream TV comes from newspapers.

Now I know all the left leaning folks are trying very hard to "poo poo" this away, but if you are a truly an honest person and not a hack, you gotta admit if this was a video from some Fox commentator/show and it was the President's Meet and Greet Campaign Bus, you'd be spinning like tops with outrage.

It is really sad the depths that some have to go to try and justify the unjustifiable. Someone would go to jail if this was an Obama bus being portrayed. Romney is under secret service care now, perhaps this knucklehead "entertainer" should be questioned.

Where is the NY Times crying about the last of civility in the race?

This site and some of the people on this site have moved from debaters to predictable lemmings.

Well I did not see your video, but I am not going to excuse what they did, unlike you and Boo. Some times the press gets overly sensitive about stupid jokes but blowing up a bus or knocking off our President are not jokes in my view.

Perhaps the debate should be about lemmings disguised as debaters.

This is kind of BS, to make an OP with a video and no commentary whatsoever. First, I'm not clicking on some stupid video - so the OP is worthless to me. Second, crap like this allows people to just spam (basically) talking points. I mean, really, how many OPs could I create per day if I just grabbed videos and wrote "speaks for itself" in each OP; it amounts to spam. Doing so is probably about as "classy" as whatever is in that video.

Dude, context is IMPORTANT. When the presenter is an obvious supporter of the politician, it's DIFFERENT. What is with people's ability to ignore context these days? Such is as rampant as false equivalency.
