Company refuses to do business with trump supporters

Okay, here's something that may bring us all together.
It was on Tucker Carlson's show last night and it was the most pompous full-of-himself self-congratulating human possibly ever ... and I don't mean Tucker.
You've got to watch this ... he was the first guest.

I hope these businesses that don't want to do business with Trump supporters put up nice big signs stating so so I can easily identify them in order to make sure not to do business with them..

I agree. For the vast majority of businessmen, the question boils down to 'what color is your money?', and that's fine.

Apparently there are other value systems where other considerations take precedence over this, the given example would be this businessman, who appears to place his politics above making a profit and staying in business.

I recall a case where a business refused to service a particular customer. The government came in, sued that business, and put them out of business.

So am I to assume that the same is going to happen here? :lamo

Just seems to typically hypocritical in the extreme as to be ironic.

Can you cite a SINGLE example of a business not selling pizzas to gays? Or for that matter not selling flowers to gays or baked goods to gays?

So why was it ok when businesses didn't want to sell to gays? As I recall, they were free not to associate with gays. Now it's bad? Why no freedom for these businesses?

Again...show a single example where they havent sold products to gays.

I believe what you are going to try to refer to is the decision to not cater a gay wedding...NOT refusing to sell pizzas to gays. There is a difference.

So why do they have that freedom, but not these businesses?

As I recall, it was their "Constitutional right." Doesn't the Constitution apply to liberals too. Or us this different (like everything always is)

First things first. Are you admitting you intentionally misrepresented the facts?

In every one of the instances cited the businesses actually had a long history of service to ALL customers...including gay people. They difference is that they chose to not cater to a gay wedding...not to refuse to sell to gay people. Those businesses did not discriminate against individuals for their sexual preferences...they simply chose to not participate in the wedding. Wouldnt you agree thats RADICALLY different than the comments and decisions made by the person in the OP?

Now...is it his CHOICE? Absolutely. Have you seen me say anywhere that he shouldnt have the RIGHT to be a douchebag?

I have said it on numerous occasions. I dont like Trump. I think he is a douchebag. I didnt vote for him. Im glad we have that douchebag instead of HRC...because as bad as he is...well...as other liberals have said...just haw ****ed up did she have to be to lose to HIM? But my reasons for not liking him are actually based on facts...not some mindless partisan hatred.

Whoa...who is butthurt? This is a topic of discussion. I'm not even sure what this guys business is so I doubt I do business with him. I'm merely commenting on the fact that he has shown himself to be an intolerant bigot that within his business has also shown himself to be a...shocker...fascist. As far as you are concerned...I'm merely pointing out how stupid and wrong your argument is. I'm curios if you have the integrity to admit that the example you cited is not even remotely related to the individual in the OP.

Thats a good yahoo son. Now...can you point to where people are saying its not fair and not his right? I believe most people are just pointing out the hypocrisy of leftists that bleat about tolerance and their complete lack of connection with the word. Wouldnt you say that is far more correct?

Edit: reviewed 24 posts on this thread...not a single person whining or complaining about whether or not the practice is unfair. Not a one.
