Both PolitiFact and FactCheck.org seem to evaluate significantly more Trump statements than Hillary statements, and both "fact check" his statements of opinion offering their evaluations as "fact."

Here's another one the left will surely ignore or dismiss:

It goes along way to show their policies will not stand up to honest scrutiny.

That's a fact, otherwise the main stream news media wouldn't go to such lengths to prop Hillary up and try to destroy Donald Trump.

With out a doubt the fourth estate is official and completely dead!

As little as I like the idea of Trump being President, I think that it is rather interesting to which point serious news media seem to go in this campaign. It does not speak well for the US to have this happen.

They were not going to release it... that is why they got jumped by the Washington Post. Why? They were afraid of being sued. Even now, the producer of his show is refusing to release transcripts... the producer is a Trump backer.

Of course, there's no bias in the media. And, there is no voter fraud by Democrats. And, the presidential debate moderators are fair and even handed. And, everyone is a racist except President Obama, Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, and the rest of the Democrats. And, the administration, the IRS, EPA, DOJ, FBI, are nonpartisan.

Best of all, unicorns are an endangered species and President Obama loves America.

This has been the case when these sites deal with Dems and Reps for a long time. And then the NYT takes the "statistics" drawn from this selective process to determine which party lies more often...

The truth is not served when both sites are owned and operated by Progressive organizations with agenda's and objectives.

Sadly I fear you are correct. When the media chooses a side and becomes a campaign organization for one candidate against another, we are all screwed. We can never trust them again to be objective or honest about anything.

Taking Hillary Clinton's side over Trump is being objective and honest.

If you really do favor manipulation of the Constitution for ideological and partisan purposes, favor open borders and essentially unlimited immigration, support of policies that got us into the mess we are in, and general dishonesty and appreciation for only those laws that serve self-serving purposes, you no doubt would be as objective and honest as you could be when you support Hillary. Just as I am being as objective and honest as I can be when I emphatically oppose her.

But it is not the job of the media to support a political candidate. And when they do they stop being the protector of the truth and become something entirely different.

It's amusing that you talk about protecting truth while spouting right-wing nonsense some blogger fed to you.

At least I can make an argument without going ad hominem and personally insulting with statements I cannot possibly back up with anything. And since you did not, I accept the point and the win. Have a pleasant day.
