Makes sense. Conway can expect some form of "As a woman, how do you feel about...." question from now until Election Day. She clearly doesn't have Trump's ear anyway since he apparently has rejected her advice about sticking to policy issues. Trump likes the pugnacious Guiliani, a New Yorker with his own woman issues who never retreats from a fight. The big artillery is moving into place for the final battle.

Yeah I think she's a goner. Rudy has been vying for the top spot for some time now. Bragging about how he is doing his civic duty by helping out Trump. He's just crazy enough to believe him and follow him to the bitter end now as well.

My suspicions:

Reince Priebus: Either didn't want to expose him to questions about the RNC, or he's persona non grata due to pulling RNC funding from the Trump campaign.

Kellyanne Conway: Possibly might feel she could be nailed down harder as a women (though that seems weak to me).

Rudy Giuliani: Offers no exposure to the RNC (as Priebus would), and has proven himself to be a highly capable defender and an even more capable attack dog - the best Trump has (even though I think he's a ass).

No one in Trump's campaign can attack better than Giuliani; watch him to get a preview of how Trump is going to handle this at the debate. I suspect Giuliani will come out swinging to the heavens against the Clinton's.

JMHOs.

I can't vouch for internal politics in the Trump campaign, but KellyAnne is superb in dealing with moderate & mainstream media sources. Even if not titled as campaign manager, her excellent PR skills are too valuable to dismiss from the organization (IMHO).

I can be in Trump Tower in ten minutes. Want me to go check??? Wait he could be in there with women...

Yes, it's an ominous sign that Guiliani has moved front and center. Trump has few friends left, and even fewer he can trust if he ever did trust anybody. And where is Chris Christie, his sycophant lap dog who once appeared with Donald in public? Oh yeah, that Bridgegate Trial..... He no doubt is working closely with Guiliani on debate prep for tonight. The worst is yet to come.

The 2017 race for Governor here in NJ started today with this quote from Middletown Democrat Phil Murphy who is going to challenge Christie in 2017 for Governor:

"To remain with Trump now is nothing less than a tacit endorsement of his disgusting misogyny," Murphy said in the statement. "No one who believes their social status allows them to get away with committing sexual assault deserves the national spotlight, let alone to be considered for the presidency. Our state can no longer be tainted by Christie's affiliation with, and blind support for, the national embarrassment that is Trump."
Murphy to Christie: Quit Trump campaign over lewd remarks

Christie has been in Trump Tower all day long. If Trump wins (LOLZ) Christie is saved. If Trump loses, Christie likely will go directly to jail via Bridgegate.

I'm waiting for my party's leadership in this state to unedorse Trump. So far I've been disappointed in their response, but happy some of them never got on board in the first place.

Just to point out, according to NJ law, a governor can not serve more than 2 consecutive terms, the terms last 4 years, and Christie was elected in 2010 and 2014. He can't run in 2018 (although he could run in 2022).

I almost feel bad for KellyAnne but then I think that she knowingly signed up for this job and it was obvious Trump was a racist, bigot, narcissist, and sexist when she agreed to be part of his campaign.

What I think is ironic is how Trump supporters when challenged on his policy ignorance say he will have good advisors. Yet he hasn't listened to anything anyone has told him throughout his entire campaign. Does anyone honestly think that if God forbid the man was elected, he would be any different then?

Ah see, Christie's attitude makes it seem like he's always running for something. In this case it may be the senate.

It might be.. but thus far, he hasn't announced for anything. Considering his approval rating is now 29%, I think his political career as an elected official in NJ is toast.

I wouldn't feel too sorry at all for the ex Ted Cruz Super-Pac manager!

She portrays herself as a sweet innocent suburban house-wifey type, but she's the same crap as them. She's just very good at her PR persona. You are the company you keep. Don't be fooled ...

True, local media is putting the pieces of the Bridgegate conspiracy into place, it certainly looks like he knew about what was going on and may have had some type of larger role in the initiation of the bridge closings, but that's why I said if Trump wins he's saved. He'll definitely get a top cabinent position.

At this point, he's more likely to end up as a political commentator on Fox News.

If Christie's currently running, I'd say it's "running from", not "running for", as in "running from possible charges"! :lamo

But actually, I kinda' like him, or at least his personality. He's spunky. Kinda reminds me of some of the Italian guys in my family and that I knew when growing-up in a dense city neighborhood, one over from my city's Little Italy.

I liked him too, would have voted for him if he got farther, but he dropped out (as all did) before NJ was voting in the primaries. Then he went all brainwashed over Trump. Now? I call him Mini-Trump. Will not support him anymore.
