Media bias in full display?

if the media were fair and unbiased, we'd be hearing more about Gary Johnson as well. But the press is part of the Republocrat machine.

If we heard about Johnson, the thread would still be about the same because it would be taking attention away from Trump.

Ironically, MSNBC dealt with the day's challenges better than CNN, which ganged up severely on Jeffrey Lord every time he made a counter point.

They were TRYING TO HARD to make this a thrilling victorious night for Hillary. They were in full surrogate mode.

Didn't the leaks expose them as the official Clinton News Network.
Not surprised at all.

It depends on what channel you watched. There was some sanitizing going on with some of the networks.
CNN abruptly ends coverage of DNC protests to cover Boyz II Men: 'We're going to cut you off' - Washington Times

Yes, and MSNBC did a quick cut away during Bernie's morning speech when the crowd continued to boo in response to Hillary's name. The cut away was a "breaking report" that said MSNBC did not yet have a schedule of DWS's afternoon but would update when they had more information. The broke from Sanders's morning address to his supporters for that.

In your dreams you mean. The steam was let off and the Dems are united against Trump. That will be your nightmare.

The DNC is united, the Dem. voters are getting more and more divided all the time. They may forgive Sanders for folding under pressure, but they are still opposing what Clinton stands for and the latest email scandal isn't going to go away any time soon.

Through this whole process CNN has been an obvious cheerleader for Hillary. Their 24/7 coverage of Melania's "plagiarism" started it and from there they've just let it ride.

I saw their coverage of Trump's speech and the most obvious showing of bias was when Trump said "We need to cut off immigration from countries that have been compromised by terrorism, until we have a thorough vetting process in place." and they cut it off right after "terrorism"

After Trump's speech., the journolisto's snapped into action. " Hey everybody, let's call Trump's speech 'dark' " .

LOL

What you refuse to understand is the Clinton stands for what Bernie stands for. Unlike the Republicans who don't know what they want.... making Trump the perfect candidate.;)

There is already the most extensive vetting process in history for Syrian refugees so his statement about a "thorough vetting process" was a joke anyway.

if the media were fair and unbiased, we'd be hearing more about Gary Johnson as well. But the press is part of the Republocrat machine.

When Gary Johnson sets up his convention and gets tens of thousands of people to attend for whatever reason, then we'll hear more about him. Hell, when Gary Johnson represents a party that has taken control of just 1 state, maybe we'll hear more about him. It's not 'biased' to ignore people who mean nothing in the grand scheme of things.

I know, right? I mean why should people know of the candidates running for federal office? Just ignore who we think we can ignore and present everyone else as the only possible choice. That certainly can't go wrong.

And it was dark and delivered by a guy who sounded like he was reading it for the first time and for the hard of hearing.

and I'm SURE you A ) actually listened to it and b) independently ,coincidentally settled on the term dark , just like all the other liberal journalists.

LAFFRIOT.

Their homepage folds? Maybe you should check your monitor.

So lame to pretend that you don't know what "above the fold" means...unless you really don't.

The Daily News is MUCH more correct. But as with all biased coverage, even the NYP has some truth. But it's teetering to the Pants on Fire side.

Michelle Obama knocked it out of the park.
Actually from what I heard from a DIRECT NEVADA DELEGATE (I have friends on all sides) the anti-Hillary members of Bernie's Brigade unanimously decided beforehand not to BOO Michelle Obama as a courtesy. Her speech was otherwise unremarkable but she got a disproportionately amount of applause because the Sanders supporters decided to provide it before hand. It had nothing to do with the quality of her speech.

Again, this is coming from a direct member who was there. The media is biased because you'll never EVER hear about what's really happening.

2016 Presidential Form 2 Filers

There are 1814 who have decided to run for president this year. Gary Johnson is just one of hundreds. This false fixation that he's being singled out is silly. The media doesn't have to dedicate time to him anymore than it does to the other 1814. The people who it does dedicate time to, it does out of pragmatism. Don't like it? Set up a party, get an infrastructure going, win some seats. Otherwise, you end up at the same table as everyone else. Why do you consider Gary Johnson the special snowflake?

Oh, that's right. Because there are too many candidates, we can only show two

Johnson is polling at about 10%, higher in certain States. That's fairly substantial. But yes, media blackout is normal and don't worry about it.

Johnson also falls into a category of people who have no chance in hell of being elected as they don't have a party infrastructure of any real sort backing them. If your cut off is whatever your no-name candidate is polling, you are not being very honest in this discussion.

Sent from a flower watered by the tears of Trump supporters and crazy newb liberals.

Oh, well if you declare him unelectable, then that's that. I don't see why we have to hear anything about any candidate without consulting your crystal ball to see who the winner is.

Melanie's thunder, unfortunately, was hijacked by her speech writer. It was a disgusting mistake. Every Republican should have been pissed as hell.

No matter what party one supports, give credit where it's due. MO did a great job. Her delivery was flawless, she is very likable and content was just fine.

While there was the controversy over the speech there was only one part that really matter, that distinguished her from Mrs. Obama...she was proud to become an American while Michelle wasn't proud of America for almost her entire life.

As a side, I recently read that Ed Shultz is working for the Russian Times (RL), now. lol
