Morning Joe belongs on Fox News

I think Joe is fair. Mika is the one I can't stand on there.
I think Joe's content is fine.

It's his loudmouthed talking over everyone, that gets irritating.

But that's his shtick, I suppose.

Joe does seem to be getting more full of himself than usual.
Like he's going for the "He's A Republican But He's Okay" MSNBC title.

That WAS funny when he went to a commercial in mid-Trump sentence.
And Trump seemed a bit chastened when they came back.
I didn't see the show, but have them all on my DVR.

It might be worth scrolling through, just to watch The Donald get snubbed!

Gee, a former Republican Congressman taking shots at the Democratic candidate for President. How shocking.

His criticism of her was spot on this morning. He's right. Her comments came out of petty partisanship. She made herself look bad.

I was waiting and hoping one of them would wonder out loud if the script Hillary obviously kept reading from actually said stuff like "Sound angry here" and "Raise voice here" ... wouldn't it be so cool if she read those stage directions at some event?

Firstly, when was the last time Hillary Clinton was on Morning Joe? Do you have a reference I could look at since a simple Google search brings up nothing.

Secondly, seems to me Donald Trump was cut off yesterday in mid sentence since Joe couldn't get a word in to ask a question and Trump wouldn't shut up so he cut him out.

Finally, don't you liberals claim that MSNBC is the pinnacle of non-partisan political TV? If you simply want confirmation bias to assuage your feelings, why not just link into the DNC and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.

She won't go on Morning Joe. Even Mika isn't supporting her (although I suspect Mika will vote for her in the end if she has no choice). Mika has mad love for Elizabeth Warren, and makes no secret of her disdain for Hillary.

It was a`really something.
Joe kept telling him to stop talking or they're going to go to a break but Trump kept talking so finally Joe just said that's it, go to break and they did.

"Bat eyes here". "Talk about your grandchild". "Mention your mother and look sad".

John Ford couldn't direct it any better.

I was actually very impressed with Joe when he did that. You can tell Trump is really getting on his nerves lately.

Alright, I'm sold.

That was this morning?

You're not exaggerating.

She's as plastic as can be.

And she's lacking in the public charisma her husband is able to summon when needed.

That's a good point with Micah - she is more of a theatrical foil, than legit counter-point.

I would also like to see a far-left socialist presence on the show too; a Bernie-type guy.

Unfortunately, Joe's dominating loudmouth buffoonery seems to be a built-in intrinsic facet of the show, so I'm not sure they can easily toss it out (or would want to).

And this is all I ask for "balance". To me it is more entertaining when two sides are debating their POV. Even though I am liberal, I don't always enjoy hearing just one voice. I love switching back between MSNBC and Fox after the SOTU just to see what everyone is saying.

I have never heard anyone say that including myself. Also, you can't even use Trump as a example right now considering everybody hates him right now. You know you are out there when Dick Cheney is telling you that you went too far.

Yet he will not condemn the partisan rhetoric coming from the republican candidates.

The thing about Morning Joe is that you basically learn next to nothing about what is going on in the world when you watch it. This is true of most morning shows though. I think the only one you get much actual news with is Your World This Morning on Al Jazeera America.

Why should he? Howard Dean couldn't bring himself to condemn the partisan rhetoric coming from the Democratic candidate. Wow, the Democratic former governor of Vermont not condemning the partisan rhetoric coming from the Democratic candidate. I don't remember seeing such a shocking thing.

If Joe upsets you so much, why do you watch him all the time?

Are you speaking in terms of politics?

Or world events?

The show is politics centered, and I like that.

Which is why I'll be scanning my DVR tonight!

Well, I want to see the whole interview, too.

Evening Chomsky,
You haven't had enough Trumpmania yet? :)

If not her ya go! LOL

Greetings, Vesper. :2wave:

Hilarious! Loved it! My son walked through here while I watching it, and he asked me to start it from the beginning so he could watch the entire thing. . . he thought the last scene where Vader had blond hair was perfect! :lamo:

That's all you get is politics, and basically nothing but polling and opinion at that. If I am wanting to know what is going on in the world as I am drinking my coffee and eating my morning oatmeal, Morning Joe is pretty worthless for that.

Howard Dean is not the Host of Morning Joe. He is a political guest who speaks for the left. I just find it funny that in the so called "liberal media" republican leaders can call out liberals and bash the President with no backlash. However if a democratic leader comes out and call out republicans they are criticize for being partisan and they should be about unifying the country.

When was the last time you heard the media tell a conservative that they should be focus on unifying the country?

I didn't say Howard Dean was the host of Morning Joe. So is the new rule in television that the host of shows must condemn all partisan rhetoric from everyone all the time?
