Oh Fox News

The cockpit wasn't solely mentioned, as Fox News put it. Try again?

Fine. You are correct. You are the paragon of virtue. The tower of correctness. The pristine Madonna of truth.

/sarcasm

Read my post, all of it. Also, listen carefully to the words the lady in the video says "we are getting conflicting information now ..." after they reported that the "Massachusetts Police reported to them and Tweeted out, that this individual tried to rush the cockpit door ..."

Is this another one of those threads where Fox News tells lies but MSNBC tells the truth?

They said that reports indicated... and then they changed as new reports came in. Seriously... I have no idea what your problem is but it seems partisan at it's core.

I think that is exactly what this is... even when Fox is correct they are wrong, apparently.

Fox News reported it as such. That's what makes it so hilarious.

You finding that hilarious is what makes your conclusion so pathetic...

Fox News solely mentioned the cockpit, unlike other networks. Fair and balanced, as always.

You finding that hilarious is what makes your conclusion so pathetic...

It's still hilarious.

It's still hilarious.

What is hilarious is that you think that reporting breaking news that is not yet complete is wrong... as if Fox did something wrong in their reporting.

Take the partisan hackery back, rethink things and perhaps come back looking less foolish?

Typical for any news outlet, that's why I don't believe breaking news stories... They're always like "we can't confirm this or that", So why the **** are you reporting it!

Since they need news. They dont care if they have all the facts or start a race war. Which is also why I hate news stations. They turn everything into a class, or race war.

Actual story: Man robs a liquor store and gets shot by store owner
(Typical story right? Just a robbery gone wrong and store owner shoots robber)

News Headline: Muslim Store owner shoots black man who walks into his store. Are blacks and Muslims at war with each other? Find out tonight on the 10 o clock news.

2 weeks later: Lynch mobs on both ends have formed and riots are breaking out

News station thoughts: Well we got some fantastic ratings last week didnt we?

Your partisanship is showing. :)

So let me see if i have this right...

Fox News reports something that the AP put out, just as at least 3 other networks did, but Fox News gets singled out for doing so when they aren't even the ones who broke the story in the first place.

Chalk it up as another phony Fox News attack thread, authored by one of the many posters on this forum suffering from FDS.

But one person thought it was really really hilarious.
He must be the type to wet himself at one of Obama's overseas press conferences talking about Republicans.

Yet another trash Fox News thread?

How drunk do you have to be to accidentally try to open the exit door? Eeesh...

Fox News failed.

Correct.

Is that what they instruct viewers to do when someone blasphemes against Fox?

The AP, CNN, MSNBC and ABC report the exact same thing, so why attack Fox News?

FDS Fox Derangement Syndrome

We need to find a cure.

I'd have to agree with Grim. This is an over all news fail, if anything. To only observe that Fox News reported the same as all the rest, probably because it was the information available at the time, is in fact FDS.

It's not a fail, it's how news works and has always worked. Networks run with the information they have and correct it as updated information is available. If people want better accuracy, the trade off is going to be less information available at a much slower pace, and I don't see that happening.

Fair enough. That only makes the case of FDS even worse, doesn't it?

I find it hilarious that the far left has nothing better to do than to watch Fox News. Much of Fox News ratings success must have to do with both the left and the right watching. I find that so very interesting that the left watches Fox News so much because MSNBC's ratings are so close to getting flushed down the toilet that apparently the far right has better things to do than watching that claptrap garble. I think the left watches Fox News more than they do MSNBC.
