‘Call off your f- -king dogs!’ Hillary rages to Obama

Just be happy they weren't playing with their woods.

New Yorkers Sour on Hillary.....

When you've lost New York, you've lost some serious blue street cred. A new Siena College poll reveals that the deeply Democratic state now dislikes their former senator Hillary Clinton more than they like her.

In the overwhelmingly Democratic state, 51% of the registered voters polled said they held an unfavorable view of the Democratic presidential front-runner, while 46% said they held a positive view of her. In a Siena poll released in July, Mrs. Clinton’s favorable rating was 56% and her unfavorable rating was 40%.....snip~

New Yorkers Sour on Hillary - Cortney O'Brien

They're just pissed that she's not corrupt enough and managed to get caught, too. If she'd been a little more corrupt, she'd have had enough goods on Jarret and Obama to put the brakes on the whole thing before it got any momentum. I'll never cut NY any slack...

Its not just Jarrett that doesn't care for Hillary. MO isn't to found of her either.

Hillary Clinton: is she really 'the Hildebeest' to Michelle Obama?.....

How horrid! There's such misogyny about first ladies. Who calls Hillary that? Michelle Obama. Allegedly. In a new book called Blood Feud, the political journalist Edward Klein says Michelle and her friend Valerie Jarrett love bitching about "the Hildebeest". Indeed, he says that the Clintons and the Obamas hate each other.

But he endorsed him for reelection in 2012! As part of an alleged deal in which the Obamas are meant to support Hillary's run in 2016. They have to pretend to be friends, and it's dead awkward. During a round of golf, Bill apparently bragged about how much better the economy did in his eight years.

Backatcha! "Bill was speechless," says "a Clinton family friend". "If he hadn't been on a mission to strike a deal with Barack, he might have stormed off the golf course then and there." They tried to patch things up at a dinner party in March 2013, but Barack played ostentatiously on his BlackBerry when Bill was talking.....snip~

Yeah. I don't think there's any love lost between those two couples. The Clintons believe themselves to be superior, and in the end, that's not going to fly with the Obamas, deals or no deals. I have a pretty low opinion of Obama, but in this I don't blame him at all. Hillary has found herself in a position in which special treatment is not a given.

Wait so the democrats are fighting each other now?

The Obamas and Clintons have been fighting for almost a decade. They just kept it hidden pretty much. I wouldn't put it as "the democrats fighting each other" however. It is more personal than that.

Looks like the source was Jarret, who was also behind the initial leaks that led to this whole thing.

Everything about it - from the epic sense of aristocratic entitlement to the assumption that everything significant done in an administration is bent towards political purposes, is pretty classic Hillary.

I think Jarret hates Hillary more than she hates anyone. This kind of thing comes out about once a year from Jarret, through some source, that hits Hillary in the face.

 It's all good.

This isn't the first or the second time that leaks that damage Hillary trace back to Jarrett. apparently the two women hate each other, as only women can.

The tone is Hillary, and the reporting is consistent with previous reporting.

Hook, line and sinker.

Edward Klein? LMMFAO

th

now, THAT is the convo i would like to see revealed

From what I've read, his book on Hillary about 10 years ago was eviscerated for having numerous factual errors. Looking into it more, I see such evisceration was pretty bipartisan. From wiki:

Klein has been criticized for his biography of Hillary Clinton, titled, The Truth About Hillary: What She Knew, When She Knew It, and How Far She'll Go to Become President, which was released on June 21, 2005. Politico criticized the book for "serious factual errors, truncated and distorted quotes and overall themes [that] don't gibe with any other serious accounts of Clinton's life."[9] The book was attacked not only by liberals, but by conservatives as well. John Podhoretz wrote in the New York Post, "Thirty pages into it, I wanted to take a shower. Sixty pages into it, I wanted to be decontaminated. And 200 pages into it, I wanted someone to drive stakes through my eyes so I wouldn't have to suffer through another word."[10] In National Review James Geraghty wrote, “Folks, there are plenty of arguments against Hillary Clinton, her policies, her views, her proposals, and her philosophies. This stuff ain’t it. Nobody on the right, left, or center ought to stoop to this level.”[11]

Kathryn Jean Lopez of National Review asked Klein in a June 20, 2005 interview, "Why on earth would you put such a terrible story in your book...that looks to be flimsily sourced at that?," regarding his suggestion that Chelsea Clinton was conceived in an act of marital rape.[12] Facing criticism from both the left and right for making the claim, Klein eventually backed away from the insinuation in an interview with radio host Jim Bohannon on June 23, 2005[13]

Unsurprising since the BHO team seems to have been leaking unflattering Hillary stories to the NYT for quite some time.

why was it team BHO and not team RNC?

It sounds much more RNC, they know their acolytes would cream themselves at such pernicious gossip.

Don't know

.....but whatever it was. Bilbo wasn't happy.

Interesting.

Both are left handers...but it looks as though Bill Clinton plays right handed and Barack Obama plays lefty.

Greetings, humbolt. :2wave:

It's got to be infuriating to her that BHO and his team might be scheming to prevent her - for the second time, no less - from becoming POTUS! She was so sure she had it in 2008; and now she's facing the same thing again with BHO tacitly backing Biden. Karma can be a bitch, if only to cause frustration and grey hairs! Being SoS is an important position, but it does require being away from the seat of power in DC much of the time, and since neither team liked the other, we'll see how this plays out. :argue :boxer

It's a soap opera of high stakes political intrigue. I'm not normally a soap opera fan or a gossip watcher, but this is interesting. I think Obama holds all the cards, but it's usually a mistake to underestimate the Clintons. I also think that the Clinton's have underestimated the disdain of MO and Valerie Jarret, and I believe (with no corroboration) that they pull more strings with the president than anybody else. That's all speculation, but it's at least interesting speculation on a subject that has national implications. As you say, we'll see.

Sure is an upsetting image they went with too...

Yes indeed. And with a headline like "call off your ****ing dogs" it would be a career ender for any photo editor to have used anything else.

I would suggest that one shot of The Donald with his mouth forming a perfectly round hole and his eyes squinted in anger has been used more than a dozen time HERE, where no one gives a **** about politics to begin with, and even less about the US. And that's fair game, trite, over used and boringly expected, but fair game.

Look, the media has one purpose - eyes. The more they have, the more they can charge. That headline and that photo got them a lot more eyes, and good for them. What you believe, in a free society is up to the consumer as in caveat emptor, let the consumer beware. Personally I think it is a load of horse****, but it's a great play.
