First off, Baidu is hardly a "government website".
Secondly a list of random names with no source says nothing whatsoever of the validity of the list.
Finally, Just like you can find another George W. Bush in the United states same too can you find another He kexin in China - in particular of a population of 1.3billion that probability is even more likely.

Baidu is a search engine that caches web pages just like google does. The excel sheet is from sport.gov.cn

It would be quite a coincidence if this He Kexin has the same birth date, is the age Kexin is alleged to be, is listed on a government sports website, and is not the same person. Her passport lists the same 1/1 date, but two years earlier

Couple reasons. You don't want your female gymnasts too tall or too heavy. The Olympic Gold Medal pole vaulter from Russia got into pole vault because she was too tall to continue as a gymnast. 14 year olds generally don't have that problem. Too tall creates issues on apparatuses like the uneven bars. Furthermore, small gymnasts may have fewer potential problems in a routine merely based on physics. Less weight to throw around. With less weight, less force = less energy, potentially easier landing meaning greater points. And as the Chinese gymnasts have shown, experience may not really matter in the end as a vital aspect. Some of their gold medalists have had very little international exposure.

The US coach isn't furious about China's fake ages as much as he's furious at the US and the international gymnastic body won't play the same game. Hence he's calling for a removal of all restrictions on age.

There is no means of measuring the validity of this cache.
The source says that this He Kexin was born in Hubei province in the City of Wuhan. But according to the official roster the gymnast He was born in Beijing
Source
So though the name and dates do match (minus year) the birth place is completely wrong. All the more leaning to a "coincidence", out of a populace of 1.3billion, it's quite a likly coincidence.

Just get over it.She looks like she is twelve. The Chicom government is getting the pass because Chinamart is making billions here in the US.The IOC is so corrupt it isnt even funny.Face it China should never have gotten an Olympics to begin with.It is the worst Olympics Ive ever seen.Seems more judges and people have been bought off.Corruption at it's best.China failed and you do not need me to beleive to realize that. There are numerous articles all over the web from I-tunes blocked out to protests being forbidden. My friend who was in China has written about everything from the lack of health codes and health insurance to how they sell Mao's image at cups the Macao Venetian.Pretty nice for a Jewish owner to sell Mao's image on cups!Like selling Hitler's image's.Do you realize how many people died under this mass murderer?Blood money rules the day.As long as you are making a buck!

IOC is an international organization that holds no loyalties to any single nation.

Why not?

Based on what evidence? Seems like specious speculation

So? Has China become a democracy?

China lacking health insurance?? They are a communist state with - albeit a piss poor one - socialized medicine. The health codes are actually up to international minimal standards but not enforced due to wide spread governmental corruption at both national and local levels.

Mao didn't persecute jews, that's quite different from a jew selling hitler's image.

Do you?

That is quite true - and again right back to the widespread corruption on both national and local levels.

I blame the Chinese government because they are guilty of cheating and then conspiring to prevent their cheating from being discovered.

What is a Chinese person's life worth less than a Jewish person? Or shouldn't people feel offended by it?Mao is responsible for entering the Korean war and causing the deaths of many US military soldiers, also.Where I come from we call that a traitor.

No, of course not. Simply points out your misuse. What does a jew selling mao figureines have any relationship bearing to a jew selling hitler figurines??

Mao is seen as a joke in most of China today, used to fend off evil spirits because he strikes fear even into evil spirits themselvs.

Mao entered the Korean war at the plea of North Korea and the US was waging war at the door step of China. That US soldiers were killed was a result of the war - people get killed during war. So unless you are making a pacifist appeal I don't see what you're argument is about here.

It is called consistency. If you want people to empathize with your people over the holocaust I don't think it is a good idea to go around selling Mao as a souvenier. You lose all credibility.
