Wow, how convenient you side with Beijing now when you can't support your argument.
Treaty of Taipei is not recognized by Japan because it changed political recognition of china to the mainland - your favorites - the Beijing chicoms? was it?
But we see how you conveniently pull this kind of mis-information when it doesn't suit your argument.
The treaty of Taipei viuded all former treaties between china and Japan, including the Treaty of Shimonseki.
Secondly even by your twisted one sided play rules Japan didn't sign Taiwan to anyone with the SF peace treaty to which whomever claims Taiwan then has the legitimacy over it.
Finally, be honest now, who was recognized as China within the UN and by the UN before 1971?
Oh Right, the Republic of China which only remains in Taiwan today.
