Go ahead. | Simple, first off we're not talking about two different countries, we're talking of a unique situation where it is the same nation but not.
Secondly there is no MAD
Thirdly there is no necessity for the ROC to embark on an expensive nuclear journey, it only leads to an escalation of tension, freezing of relations. That is not what anyone wants.
And even if there are nukes on the island it still won't make a damn difference because the island can not sustain itself. Naval blockade and it's game over. |

The USN wields the whip hand and will not permit the orcs to blockade the ROC.
Nucs make perfect sense for them. The US should expedite them and Japan getting a few nuclear missile subs. |

Just as the US would not permit the mainland to take over the island by force - hence there is no need whatsoever to escalate the problem anymore.
As I said, the ROC and PRC are in a unique situation where they are the same nation but not. |

Please then by all means show me any other situation in the world where one of the states of the "one nation" is not represented or disallowed representation in any international forum by the other state. |
