It is part of this assertion that if there is not equal results between the groups then the system must be the cause and must be changed. We make much the same argument when individuals fail to produce, it must have been somebody else's fault dont ya know....do evidence needed, no argument wanted.

It will certainly need to be solved for the good of Hollywood. Corporate CEO's are going to have to do more to make sure that their companies are doing more to advantage non whites, which is to say disadvantage whites. And men of course, which they are currently doing to good effect. A lot of women have replaced men in director chairs finally, more women have more power behind scenes and more women are in the pictures in strong roles with more screen time. Older women still have problems but this aint France, American is not yet ready to watch old women on the screen. Well, the ones that have a good plastic surgeon and are willing to use them often maybe....

That is crap...all of it.

Getting a reward for something is EARNED, not GIVEN AWAY. You can't hack it? You don't get the reward. All you get is a "Try harder next time". If you give someone a free boost in a company, what does that person learn? Nothing...except that he/she can use their skin color to earn something they don't deserve.

Look at those miserable ****s on the college campuses. They want "safe zones" to protect themselves from "microaggressions" and "diversity officers" hired to make sure they get "fair treatment" or else they'll throw a fit like a little brat whose Mommy didn't get them a toy at the store. They want everything GIVEN AWAY because they think they're special. Well, they aren't.

And Minorities at companies aren't special either. They're human begins like the rest of us and have to EARN promotions and raises and whatnot just like the rest of us. And if the don't like it? Well...too bad. Life ain't fair.

It's not like anything's changed. It's all founded on greed and nothing else - and people expect some sort of moral balance now? Why so?
 
You are right...horrible news...I mean the Oscar are still around?
