What TV show am I talking about, from the title?

NOTE: The winner gets a virtual cigar from me.....

On one condition.... He must print it out and smoke it. LOL.

The original series of Doctor Who.

Can I smoke one of my own actual cigars, though?

Well, this didn't seem to catch any fans, so let me bump it with a plug for something else:

If anyone is a fan of the original series, you need to go to: Audiobooks from Big Finish

They've got pretty much all surviving original cast members making either 1h or 1.5-2.2h full audio plays (aka, not an audio book where someone just reads text. Full cast performances w/ sound effects, etc., just nothing on a TV screen. I know the above link showed up as "audiobooks from" but I tell you, the episodes are *not* what you are thinking of if you listen to audiobooks).

Most like original series: "Main Range": Doctor Who - Main Range - Ranges - Big Finish

They also have Paul McGann: Doctor Who - Eighth Doctor Adventures - Released Items - Ranges - Big Finish

Tom baker: Doctor Who - Fourth Doctor Adventures - Ranges - Big Finish

Basically, if you liked the original series, you'll like this more. Far better writing, better everything really. It might just take a little time to get used to listening to audio vs. watching television. But, like reading, your mind will start spontaneously creating the scenes in your mind's eye.

And for those fans of the new series: John Hurt, David Tennant, and Catherine Tate have all signed on to do audios with them. John Hurt's first three eps are already released: Doctor Who - The Collected 10th Doctor - Ranges - Big Finish and http://www.bigfinish.com/ranges/v/doctor-who---the-collected-war-doctor

[And for general audio listeners, they also produce quite a few audio episodes of other older TV programs that I think used to be popular but which I don't know, like Blake's 7, The Prisoner, Terrahawks, The Avengers, etc. http://www.bigfinish.com/ranges ]

No, I don't work for them. People just haven't heard as much about them.
