I read this the other day. With the claims that Fox reports, it certainly does look suspicious. I hope that this will be watched by Republicans (I doubt Democrats would be believed or trusted). I do think it is important that such things are investigated and that we are able to believe in our election process.

If there is a way for fraud to have occurred, and no way to tell if it has, that will be very disturbing. Minnesotans deserve to have the person they elected as their representative.

Maybe I read it wrong. But didn't the OP state that the majority of the votes found, that were somehow cast aside, favored the democrats? Why would the democrats want to hide votes for their own guys? That doesn't add up at all. Are you suggesting that democrat stealing, cheating, crooks, hid votes from their own party?

To me, Franken is a clown and will always be a clown. Perhaps I watched too much Saturday Night Live in my younger days. But by all appearances, it seems that it is more likely that the republican factions at play here tried to manipulate the vote. If it were the republicans that were getting the bump, I would certainly suspect the democrats of fraud. But as it is, it's the democrats that were denied the newly discovered uncounted votes, therefore, logically, the finger is pointing at the republicans.

Regardless of where anyone stands along partisan lines, we should all agree, as Americans, that our electorial process should me considered sacred to us all and any manipulation, by any party, is unforgivable.

As I told the whiney libs when their butt-boy Gore lost. "Get over it."

Sounds like if there was any voter "fraud" it was by the Republicans in the initial count, now being corrected on the recount.

The OP presents no evidence of fraud in the recount, or suggest that it is not being monitored by Republican representatives, other than the fact that the ballots that were uncounted in the initial count were mostly Democratic.

I don't agree with you about 'getting over it'. We must be vigilant, and we must insist that elections be accurate.

As for it being Republican fraud, perhaps. However, it could be Democrat fraud as well: There could have been ballots where the voter left the Senate race blank, and some fraudster filled those all in for Franken. Later, when the vote was counted again, it was 'corrected'.

I will wait to see what is described as possible and how it would be possible and whether or not it would be likely, etc etc. But, I won't ignore any claims of fraud out of hand.
