Understand this. Murtha didn't call anyone a murderer. He said they killed innocent civilians. Did he lie?

It sounds like we have no idea whether his statement is accurate or not, and might never know.
But even if it was accurate, it is still massively inexcusable for a Congressman to say such a thing.

Even if there is 1 bad unit or 1 unit that loses mental control within our military, is it foolish and stupid beyond imagination to make remarks that portray our military in such a way.

I hope the guy loses, even if it is to a Republican.
Still doesn't change the fact that the suit is 100% politics though.

Wow - surprised to agree with you on something.

If it makes you feel better about possibly contributing to a GOP victory against Murtha - I'm voting against Lindsay Graham in SC, and encouraging everyone else to as well.

Sadly, I think both Murtha and Graham are likely safe.
