That man is so desperate. For a candidate who should have had victory handed to him on a silver platter: Lame duck president, bad economy, unpopular war, liberal media on his side, historic candidacy, and he is a beautiful speaker, it's really pathetic that he can barely break even with John McCain. Now he has to resort to Stalin-esque scare tactics. Obama is Obama's worst enemy.

LOL -- classic example how distorted reporting becomes a title on the internet: "arrest them from lying".
1. This is an organization campaigning for Barak Obama that, according to the article, includes law enforcement personnell. There is no indication this is a result of anything Obama personally did. 2. There is no indication that the persons involved in the campaign are talking about using their offices to prosecute or arrest anyone. In fact the two persons interviewed said nothing about "going after" anyone or prosecuting or arresting anyone, but that they would set the record straight against distortion or lies. And before you go condemning Obama for this, consider the McCain "truth squad" JohnMcCain.com - McCain-Palin 2008 Featuring Bud Day, of Swiftboat fame. And then there is the Palin "truth squad" JohnMcCain.com - McCain-Palin 2008 Looks like those folks in Missouri took McCain's idea and decided to run with it. |

To my understanding one cant be arrested for Libel or Slander. You can be sued but not arrested, I think.
