Biden in the video, talks about how a great leader, knows what he's talking about. Then Biden goes on to prove to us, that he's not a great leader, and for damn sure, doesn't know what he's talking about.

Wow! I never heard that my 401k stocks were subject to a 10% cap gains tax. Please cite a source for that rule so I can determine if I owe some taxes! Thank you.

Obama should raise cap gains and divident tax to the same rate as income tax, the way Reagan had it.

I've addressed that. Biden wasn't talking about the effective use of media by a leader in communicating such that whether it was by radio or TV would be relevant.
