Yeah it is a little hard for us in the middle class to understand how these politicians raise so much money to use to lie to us about how bad the other guy is. It's hard to agree with someone bashing his opponent about the economy when he gets millions of dollars in one day to blow on his campaign while so many people are struggling. Talk about a hypocrite.

I guess I don't understand what one (raising campaign funds) has to do with the other (being out of touch).

Don't you know how much the Hollywood elite is trying to screw regular Americans?

Oh, wait, that would be industry lobbyists trying to do that right? I don't seem to recall many actors looking for billions in corporate welfare, but quite a few of McCain's advisors certainly hit the government up for all kinds of favors back in their lobbying days.
