How does she put women's rights ahead of her conservative political ideology when she is against a woman's right to choose? Do you honestly think that were she ever to be in the position of appointing Supreme Court Judges that she would appoint moderate ones who would never think of overturning Roe vs. Wade?

I understand that as a conservative she believes that it should be a states issue, but that is not putting women's rights first, that is following political ideology first.

The current laws ensure that ALL women in every part of your country are free to choose whether or not to have an abortion without having to travel either to another state or out of the country. I don't see how reducing that to a state by state solution would be in women's best interests.


I admire her professional and personal accomplishments: the fact that she's a strong and opinionated woman and how she juggles it all together. The women's rights movement has made that possible for her and for the rest of us. Unfortunately, she reminds me greatly of Margaret Thatcher, another accomplished conservative woman who did next to nothing to improve women's issues.
