A Noun, A Verb, and POW

I think he doesn't because he doesn't want to remind his base that he has agreed with dems over and over. Immigration, campaign finance, education, etc. He's walking on the razor's edge. But the thing is, this campaign has gone on for so long that people will be tired of "a noun, a verb, and POW". Wait until SNL starts parodying that.

The whole POW phrase now has become a line for McCain to pussy behind. If pressed on the matter than you're unpatriotic.
It's the same as when he said he does not question Obama's patriotism, then calls him a traitor/sell out in order to win a campaign.
With the POW case though he get's to align himself with veterans.

This is the same kind of thing of when religious groups reference god this god that yada yada, and if you press them on it - how can you be so hateful/spiteful of people of different faiths.

This is true. One caveat, Dole was a parody of himself with all of that referring to himself in the third person all the time.

Well, I certainly don't think it stops short of the surrogates that go on the attack for the candidates.
