You know, this is kind of disheartening. How ****ing lazy can a person get?

This is not a partisan attack, but a comment on the apathy of too many people in this country. If you can't postpone 6 hours of t.v. watching, internet surfing and other leisure, so that you can put a shoulder to the wheel of helping your party, that's a sad commentary on the state of society.

It's official, Senator Clinton's name will be placed in nomination at the convention. Obama himself encouraged this move.

After the invasion of Iraq I and my fellows faced a most difficult and unusual challenge: trying to convey to posters that there was more than just ONE reason for the intervention.

The tactic that seemed to work best was to ask the posters what they liked about their girlfriend. (Some posters understood the rationale in the metaphor. Others probably didn't want to admit they'd never HAD the experience. So, either way they were quieted.)

Attractive figure, facial features, grooming style, fashion sense, personality, intellect. Great conversationalist, talented, loving heart, great dancer. Hobbies or other interests in common. That she agreed to go out with you.

The reasons for asking a girl out seem more complex than the rationale these posters attributed to decision to invade a country.

I think they couldn't wrap their brains around multiple reasons for invading because -- although there could be a multitude of reasons -- people who primarily act on impulse rather than using their intellect are young and their brains haven't yet developed to the point where rational thought has kicked in. They are Fuzzy Brained. Their actions are driven, primarily, by impulse. Knee-jerk reactions. And only one impulse at a time!

So, the idea that we might have invaded Iraq to stop the perceived WMD threat to Iraq's neighbors AND to free the Iraqi people from Saddam's brutal oppression AND to stop the Iranian revolution from spreading throughout the M.E. AND to transplant liberal Democracy into the heart of the M.E. AND to safeguard the oil flowing to the world from this region and other reasons as well, seemed too much for these posters.

All they could readily grasp was that there was ONE reason.

And Obama, suspiciously, reminds us of someone who uses his powers of persuasion and charm to artificially whip those of us who still function on an impulsive level, and not rationally, into an emotional frenzy to manipulate us as he wishes until we give him the real power he needs to unveil his master plans for the world onto the American public.

Obama has his inner circle of disreputable people serving as his fawning, dedicated and often devious disciples.

And Obama has legions of young people nationwide who are equally devoted to acting on his behalf. Some are paid, some are trained, most are neither.

Obama has a cold and heartless side that few recognize now.

Michelle called partial-birth abortion "a legitimate medical procedure," and wouldn't supporters please pay $150 to attend a luncheon for her husband, who would fight against "cynical ploy[s]" to stop it?

So, the reason Keyes said Jesus Christ wouldn't vote for Barack Obama was because of Obama's fanatical support of abortion to the point of condoning infanticide.

But it can be recognized in how he dealt with those in his campaign or of his acquaintance who suddenly become an embarrassment to him because of something they might have done or said OR because the true nature of who they are was revealed to the public OR those who he no longer needs to achieve his goals. He throws them under the bus.




But, in trying to make a comparison to Hitler we must make an important distinction. In the rise of the Third Reich there was no genocide. Just dirty dealing. Manipulation. Signs of illegality. Large numbers of people becoming fanatically moved by the great man's image, his speeches, his appearances. Legions of unscrupulous and dedicated followers acting secretly and behind the scenes on behalf of Hitler's ascendence as well as legions more acting in the open.

The well oiled Chicago political machine has long been derided for its abuses and if anyone thinks that was only in the history books, think again.

That is the model for Obama socialism. It's much more powerful than traditional socialism, because classical Marxism only politicized the working poor; yet the poor can rise in America and become middle class. When the poor stop being poor, they begin to stop voting Democrat. But it's much harder to change your race and gender, which is why demagogues like Rev. Wright make sure that you feel stuck in racial despair. That's why Pentagon bomber Bill Ayers believes in pounding racial grievances in America even more than economic ones.

Both the Clintons and the Obamas have lifelong associations with two scary groups: The hard core Left and a corrupt Democrat Party machine.

Obama's first father figure and mentor was Frank Marshall Davis, a black radical from the old days of segregation --- embittered, disappointed, and full of anger toward the country. Davis grew up during Jim Crow, and became a member of the Communist Party during the Stalin period, 1945-1950. Bitterness in a black man at that time is easy to understand; but signing up for Josef Stalin's "Left fascism" is over the top. Yet that was Obama's first mentor. What do you think Davis taught his young disciple?

Both the Clintons and the Obamas have their closest friends on the extreme fringe of the radical Left -- the same people who used to be kept out of the Democratic Party because they were too close to Stalin and the Moscow-controlled Communist Party. Anti-Communist Democrats like John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Hubert Humphrey, Scoop Jackson and the AFL-CIO would never have tolerated the likes of Jeremiah Wright or Saul Alinsky. The voters would have punished them, and rightly so. You don't collude with the enemies of your country. At least, not before the current Left came to power.

And then there is the corrupt machine connection. Obama was pushed into the national limelight by the Chicago Democrat Machine, in alliance with radical Left groups like ACORN. The Machine includes sweethearts like Tony Rezko and Governor Blagojevich -- who was repeatedly mentioned in the recent Rezko trial. As for the Clintons, they were cheek-by-jowl with the Arkansas Democrat Machine. We know that Obama got the Illinois Legislature to vote money for Michelle's employer, which then gave her a $ 200,000.00 salary jump in one year. Hillary had to make her 100 grand from phony cattle futures in Arkansas. But Michelle had a much sweeter setup. After all, who in Chicago was going to say that she isn't worth that kind of money? But the result was the same.

Democrats used to stay away from Jimmy Hoffa, Sr., who was radioactive; but Obama just agreed to lift Federal judicial oversight over the Teamsters Union, designed to keep it free from corruption. So much for Mr. Clean.

Still, the sight of the hard Left carousing with the corrupt and mob-tied Party Machine is not exactly an example of Good Government at Work. When the Clintons got into the White House they ran a Welcome Wagon for a long series of crooks from places like Macao and Indonesia, along with agents for the Chinese, who just happened to swipe all kinds of defense secrets at the very same time. Pure coincidence, of course, and not the sort of thing our vaunted media would ever expose for fear of what they might find. They would rather talk about Monica's blue dress. The Monica scandal was a distraction from very serious national security leaks in the Clinton White House, which have never been acknowledged.

So, who would the Obamas bring into the White House? It's a frightening prospect. If he weren't headed for prison, Tony Rezko might be on the list.
