McCain in 2003 : "Ethanol does nothing to reduce fuel consumption, nothing to reduce our energy independence and nothing to improve air quality.
McCain in 2008 : "I support ethanol and I think it is a vital alternative source, not only because of our dependence on foreign oil but because of it's green house gas effect reduction effect." YouTube - John McCain Flip Flops on the Confederate Flag
McCain on the Confederate Flag :
1. The confederate flag is offensive in many, many ways, as we all know. It's a symbol of racism and slavery
3 days later....in South Carolina
2. Personally I see the flag as a symbol of heritage.
Then there was the Falwell thing. Then the issue with the issue with his 4 day backstabbing of catholics by sleeping with Hagee. Now the Iran/Al-Aqaeda issue. Just more evidence.

The only thing you handed to me was proof of your inability to read. I stated that in his widely televised speeches, he never engaged me. Then you went down the rabbit hole with some garbage about digging **** up on the internet as if that had ANYTHING to do with my original statement.
This posturing thing doesn't work well for you and you know damned well it's not going to have one ounce of effect on me so just stop before you embarass yourself.
| Your initial assertion. Quote: |
You can't prove an opposite from Obama because he doesn't express his policies when he speaks. | This was proven false yet you keep repeating the same BS like it's true. Even though Obama's campaign alone has made most of the views given in his speeches available. Where he does in fact border on the topics you keep claiming he doesn't. You can scream all you want that you didn't say he doesn't express his policies when he gives speeches. This was proven false. Deal with it. Quote: |
I don't know that. If I knew that, I am sure the RNC would know that and he wouldn't be our candidate.
| The RNC wouldn't pick a senile person or in other words an old person as their nominee? Are you out of your mind? Do you think they don't notice how old 70+ years is? Come on jallman. You're joking right? Quote:
At any given moment I don't keep the Shi'te and Sunni sects straight. | I obviously have higher standards for the President of the United States forgive me for expecting "some guy who lives in a mansion"(DarKWizard) to know that Al-Qaeda and Iranians aren't exactly friends and be a little more then "some guy who lives in a mansion". I imagine over the hours and hours and hours he gives speeches all day, he is bound to make some mistakes. It proves nothing to me that the media jumped on three ocassions that he mis-spoke and it certainly isn't 3 in a row, I am sure. Prolly three over a few weeks, but I am more than certain there were speeches between those speeches.
No, classic signs of being tired on the campaign trail.
| 3 times in the campaign trail? Maybe if he'd campaigned in 2004 and then 2008. But 3 in the same campaign trail would certainly constitute as 3 in a row The Raw Story | Once again, McCain confuses Sunnis with Shiites Quote: |
Thank God for small favors...
| Not to mention I'd have to work with old people from time to time. No patience for anybody over 60 to be honest. Quote: |
I am sure Obamania has a little more to do with that lack of assurance than any real transgression on McCain's part.
| Call it, refusal to have any of these old folks, who should be retired, run this country into the group. Elderly bigotry if you'd like. |

If John McCain weren't 72 no one would be saying **** about forgetting one line, you're trying to paint an image similar to if I started trying to create the image that Obama might secretly be a crack dealer, posting evidence of him sneaking off in bad neighborhoods of Chicago, his admitted prior use of cocaine, etc. I find it ironic that in one thread you lament how people vote based on nothing, and then in the next thread you take whatever you can to insinuate McCain is senile with no evidence other than forgetting little things!

So forgive me if I say I find your position here disingenuous. |

I haven't the first clue what he actually believes. | one would think everybody would have learned from Kerrys
"go to my website" campaign failure

I just offered up a fact. I didn't say that he was having a "senior moment" like Brit Hume did with the conflation gaffe. It's something to keep an eye on though. Call it blowback from Reagan's "I don't recall" testimony during the Iran-Contra hearings.

So forgive me if I say I find your position here disingenuous. | Notice how I didn't contest that part of his argument. I contested the part where he obviously had absolutely no clue as to what he was talking about(in bold). |
