So now you've got some idiot goat herder who took his flock on a raft and it gets turned into a "God wiped out the world" story over time, mostly because the people heard the story from their neighbors, the Babylonians and thought it sounded pretty cool.

So now that you've completely blown away any reason to take the Bible seriously, what else do you have?
Yes. The Bible simply cannot be true because this specific however-many-thousands-of-years- old story, that doesn't really have any affect on the practice of Christianity, probably is exagerated. Oh, wait, that makes no sense.

At least you understand that Christianity makes no sense. Thanks for being honest.

Please give specific examples of how Christianity "makes no sense". It makes perfect sense to me: Do good on Earth, get rewarded on Heaven. Here are the rules to follow. Simple enough.

Beyond the fact that you're buying into a complete scam, you mean? Those Nigerian folks couldn't design a better system. They get you to give them money, spend your time praying and working to better the religion and the people running it, and you only get "rewarded" after you're dead and can't come back and tell people there's nothing there.

And you fell for it hook, line and sinker. Go figure.

Under which interpretation?

Christanity makes no sense if you take it literally.

Burning Bush?

Zombie God?

Immaculate Conception?

Living in a Whale?

Literal Creationism?

#1, i believe that they call it a "miracle" for a reason. It wouldn't take a whole lot of faith to believe it if everything made perfect sense.

Burning Bush: Miracle, pure and simple. God used the burning bush to show Moses his presence.

Zombie God: Wrong. Jesus' body died, but his spirit was alive and well. He's not a "zombie".

Immaculate Conception: I actually have a new theory on this. Mary was only a surrogate mother, Christ is the Son of God the Father and Wisdom (aka the Holy Spirit).

Living in Whale: I'm just gonna say miracle on this one, a miracle showing that God will protect you and that he has dominance over nature.

Literal Creationism: First of all, that is only one interpretation. It's MUCH too broad of a topic to discuss here, but I'm sure you can find a nice little debate about it yourself.

Miracles?

Which are nothing more then a cop out from trying to rationally, sensically, discuss Christanity. Therefore, since you are reliant on miracles, Christanity doesn't make sense.

Christ came back to life from the Dead. That's a CLASSIC example of a Zombie.

And there is more then one interpretation of Genesis.

But did he eat his disciples' brains?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Again, he didn't "come back from the dead"; HE was never dead. His BODY died, but his spirit didn't, and his SPIRIT ascended into heaven. And again, without miracles, it would be much easier to believe, so there wouldn't really be that much faith involved in being faithful.
