The ability to do the Washington flip flop. It's a dance, and it goes like this....
Put your left foot out, saying "I believe in Bush's tax cuts.
Then bring your right foot in, when someone reminds you that you voted against the tax cuts both times.
Then trip over your mouth, and say you voted against it before you were for it.
And that's the Washington flip flop. McCain is very good at it.
