Excuse me, but it is not "dualism" to assume there could be a Libertarian state or Socialist state for someone. The kind of State that would make Monk-Eye, Flacal, or Ron Pod people happy cannot be the same State that would make a "liberal" Democommie happy. Assuming whatever state you think works is acceptable to others is arrogant.
