Current Mood: | MSNBC Shows Hillary What it's Like to be a Republican If you watch MSNBC a lot, you'll notice an overt anti-Hillary bias coupled with an equally overt pro-Obama bias. Does this scandalously slanted treatment of Hillary put to rest the issue of whether or not the media (if not just MSNBC) chooses a candidate and promotes their candidacy rather than simply reporting the news? MSNBC’s Shuster Suspended for 'Pimped Out' Chelsea Remark | NewsBusters.org
BTW, notice how someone gets fired when somebody does this to Democrats for a change. Apparently the DNC failed to get their talking points memo out to MSNBC that day. It's also worth noting here that Hillary is the queen of targeting those who get in her way for humiliation and personal destruction (Lewinsky, Flowers, etc.).
Kind of hard to feel sorry for this week's Clinton victimhood routine.

You can't blame them for wanting to support Obama who is known to be amicable and personable over debatably the most polarizing political figure of the last 50 years.

How ANYONE could espouse what you just posted is shocking. For example can anyone honestly believe that George W. Bush is LESS POLARIZING than Hillary?
What a bunch of BS..... |

What a bunch of BS..... | Talk about a load of stinking steaming BS......... 26x, your comments are DOA. Gipper correctly pointed out that Hillary is a hugely polarizing figure and said nothing about Bush. Mainly since that is not the topic. Gipper correctly referred to the polling that has been going on for just a few bloody years, that supports exactly what was said. How ANYONE can espouse the idea that Hillary Clinton is not a hugely polarizing figure (compared to Obama) is what is really shocking. Virtually every news source in American has reported on this, every pollster too. Gallup has done a thorough job of cataloging Hillary's polarizing effect on the public. To argue otherwise is frankly stupid and pointless. Naturally Bush must be drug into the conversation about Hillary by you…for what purpose I can’t imagine. Unless you were purposefully acting obtuse and uninformed. Throw in some basil “talk radio” idiocy and you do indeed have a bunch of BS.
And ahead of time, you bet I’ll be glad to point you in the direction of the massive amount of reporting and OP/EDs that detail Mrs. Clinton’s polarizing effect on the electorate versus Mr. Obama’s amiability. Since you seem to think they only exist in Limbaugh Land or some imaginary source.

That does include therefore the last 8 nightmarish years that we've had to endure. I wrote nothing about Obama. Your post went off on some wild tangent that had nothing to do with what I or Gipper wrote.
BTW - I voted for Obama in the NY primary though I would happily vote for Hillary in the general election. |

Lean: Independent Gender: | Re: MSNBC Shows Hillary What it's Like to be a Republican Tangent? Good try, in the plainly typed English, now twice highlighted by you, it says debatably the most polarizing political figure of the last 50 years. Personally I’d peg Richard Nixon as the most polarizing political figure in American politics of the last 50 years. Great that you voted for Mickey Mouse and would vote for Goofy too. I think it would be more intelligent to debate that perhaps Bush Jr. is just as polarizing (poll wise at least in his second term) a figure as Hillary, but that is not where you went with your…shall we say nightmarish hyperbole laced tangent? If you really think Hillary is not a hugely polarizing figure, I’d say you have some issues to address with Rasmussen and Gallup. Not Gipper. Nor “talk radio” as you foolishly tried to claim. Like I said, your comment was intellectually DOA and your attempts at CPR will not effectively resuscitate the cadaver you are trying to defend. But do wax poetic about how I got it all wrong. This should be interesting, if a bit moribund.

Allow me to repeat myself so that perhaps this time you will grasp the meaning of my post? I wrote previously that Hillary is not THE MOST polarizing American politician of the last 50 years. I wrote that our lame, idiotic, moronic, evil current President is MORE polarizing than Hillary. That's it. nothing more. You then twisted my simple words to fit whatever agenda you meant to put forth (it appears that means crapping all over anything Democratic).
I look forward to McCain and Bush standing side by side campaigning and it getting full national coverage in the media. Talk about free campaign fodder for Democrats! |

You in fact tried to claim that Gipper was getting his information from talk radio. In fact, the polling numbers for Bush and Hillary share many similarities. Which you would do well to familiarize yourself with, rather than going for vacuous shots at Gipper and "talk radio". Guess you could not resist trying to “twist” things to fit your “agenda” and other hyperbole. OK, noted. |
