Yeah, wake up and smell them. 58,000 die in Vietnam, and countless others in the countless other undeclared wars that we've had. Maybe it's time to stop with the undeclared wars, stop with the "world police" action. Hmm? Cause I will tell you right now, we are going to eventually leave Iraq and dollars to donuts says we end up just leaving because it drug on too long and wasn't producing any results. That's how these things ALWAYS go, and apparently there is a thick skulled group of people who can't seem to learn this lesson. So now we have the Vietnam vets who "died for nothing", and you can add in Iraq, and you can add in all the other crap police action tactics we have used to **** with the rest of the world while not officially declaring war. Maybe if the government actually obeyed the Constitution, we wouldn't have all these people dying for nothing. Maybe if people could learn the lessons of history, we wouldn't have all these people dying. But so long as there are people out there with this imperialistic attitude, wishing nothing but to interfere with the world, go to war at the drop of a hat for reasons which in the end won't impact America or its people, then you're going to have to accept that so many people will die for nothing.

So here we sit again, fighting the same ol' fight again. You bitch about all these things happening, but have no clue that it's your side driving us into it. Want all those meaningless deaths to stop? Stop fighting meaningless wars, stop making excuses to **** with other people's business, obey the Constitution. Declared wars are good because when you declare war you have a clear set of goals and plans to reach them. Police action, unconstitutional war, is the opposite, we get bogged down and end up fighting to stalemate. We did it in Vietnam, we've done it in near every unconstitutional war we've engaged in. You can open your eyes to history and figure out the lesson, or you can continue with your partisan rhetoric backing the actions which cause the problems you bitch about. Your choice, but if you really seek solution, it's time for you to start using that hunk of gray matter which occupies the space between your ears.

I don't care who the f gets us into these things. Unlike you I see past the R and the D and observe the candidates for who they are. The practice of undeclared, unconstitutional wars should be stopped and it doesn't matter if it is one with a D or an R that gets us into these messes, it needs to come to a halt. No more unconstitutional war I say, it's high time we learn our lesson from the past and learn that police action gets us into quagmires that we have yet to really find a good way out of. Your partisan hackery doesn't work here because I am unconcerned about which party someone is from. I am concerned with action, what candidates do and whether or not it is in line with the Constitution. So yeah, Democrats and Republicans have taken us into unconstitutional war. They are both corrupt and damaging entities to this Republic. Just because someone with a D behind their name supported tyranny and treason does not excuse the guys with the R behind their name from doing the same thing.

Re: McCain vs Hillary/Obama

If ever there were a year that the Democrats could consolidate power and get elected into the White House, 2008 would definitely be it. Enough said.
