Yes I am. We happen to have a perfect record on preventing terrorist attacks since 9/11, and in asking you for a name of an innocent person who lost his civil rights because of the Patriot Act, you failed to name one who actually wasn't involved in illegal terrorist activities. Case closed.

Asking for "an innocent person who lost his civil rights" is a bull**** question! Whether you are innocent or guilty, you still get due process of law. The correct question is whether an "American citizen" was denied due process of law he his accorded per the Constitution of the United States? And the answer to that question is Padilla.

Case reopened. How in the world would I know if there was an innocent person at Gitmo? So when we do get attacked again, whose fault will it be?

How about how he claim the ruling in Brown vs. BOE was illogical and that "if integration therefore is the only way that blacks can receive a proper education, then there must be something inferior about blacks."?
