True about them challenging him. Though at the same time, good on Fox giving him the time to reply. I almost half expected them to just let the attacks happen and move on but they seemed to do pretty good about it.

I understand the electability question getting old, but I think its a legitimate one. For him, as well as Huckabee, and Romney.

Huckabee and Romney's strong religious leanings lend a slight pause to electability, as do Paul's rather extreme stances (i'm not even talking just about the war...abolishing the IRS, the Dept. of Education, etc. These are rather extreme things). I think it begs the question how he's going to branch out and convince those republicans that don't buy into him right now that they should vote for him if he got the national nomination.

And to the last part, I take my hat off to you as that's a much more sensible reaction. Other forums I've seen people complaining about the type of questions, the fact they brought up certain things, and I'm thinking to myself "You complain that he doesn't get included, and then when he's included you complain about how he's included".

This has been a non-question for a long time.

Re: Fox removing Ron Paul’s name from their news?

It was sort of a good thing for Paul. He came in a far second in NV over McCain after Fox did that to him. Not to mention, it really messed Fox's ratings. The ratings for the debate were pretty low from what I heard.

But Ron Paul's electability question isn't really that fair when you realize the lack of media attention he has gotten. It's only fair, when you consider the support he does have.
Like me, I don't really pay that much attention to the MSM anymore. I usually find my news on the net, before the MSM even gets it. And I always find stories that the MSM won't even touch or put on the air. As in John Stossels interview with Ron Paul.

But, Ron Paul has the money to last through super Tuesday. And if Rudy Julie Annie, and Huckleberry hound go broke and drop out, then the media will have to focus on Paul more. And the more they do that, the more people will hear his message.

Lets not forget the 2006 elections, when the Dems took control over both houses of congress because of the War. Most Americans want out of Iraq.
And when they realize there is a Conservative candidate that is will bring the troops home, his popularity will grow even more.

The MLK Bomb, was surely a let down for Paul.About $1.85 million. But he has been pretty conservative with his money. And his supporters have been doing most of the work for him.

I think when two more candidates drop out, the Media won't be using words like "longshot" and "un-electable".

On MSNBC this morning, Ron Paul was on there. And they actually asked him a legitimate question about the economy. Which is Ron Paul's strong points. It's why he is in politics.
