TSA? The people in charge of screening bags at the airport? Who you give your bags to knowing full well that they'll very likely be searched? Right. Compare that to people going into your house with a sneak and peek and looking through your things without your knowledge. Not the same thing at all.

Again, I am not sure how to feel about the warrantless wiretapping, I can appreciate both points of view for different reasons, but jallman is right. The "threat" to our liberties is severly blown out of proportion.
