When considering abortion the question quickly becomes ... Is abortion always good idea?
|
Abortions aren't always a good idea. An abortion procedure is invasive and emotionally scaring. I would suggest, to any interested, a little research into Post Abortion Syndrome and it's destructive effects.

Abortion is legal and it is very unlikely that it will ever become illegal. However what kind of attitudes toward abortion should we have? What kind of attitude do we want our children to have about it? I can't imagine that the most liberal person in the country would encourage their children to seek in their lives to get a partial-birth abortion because it is a woman's right.

If this wasn't such a serious topic, I'd probably get a good chuckle. You're absolutely right. I think as well adjusted human beings, we wouldn't encourage our children to have abortions because they are legal. We would certainly hope that the situation would never arise. Personally, I hope that when my son is faced with pregnancy, it was a time of his own choosing or that he's in a situation that the idea of an abortion is completely ludicrous. Furthermore, if he were faced with a choice, I would try to stress to him that he is not entering into fatherhood alone and that his mother and I made a conscious decision to bring him into the world.

Public institution, like schools, are getting all their queues from Planned Parenthood and this is an organization that makes millions from people paying money to doctors to abort babies. In short their success is dependent on abortion being available and expensive because 80% of their finances come from abortion Doctors.

I would be interested in seeing some data to back up the claim that 80% of revenues are coming from abortions. I'm not exactly questioning the statistic as much as I'm morbidly curious about it's accuracy.
I would suspect that as the rise of availability increases, the expense would decrease.

I can't imagine a parent who really cares about their children would allow an institution a government or an a-moral Doctor be the most influential opinion being articulated to your child. Would we allow a child to get an abortion without the involvement of a doctor? Then why would we allow a child to get an abortion without the involvement of their parents?
|
I would hope that this attitude would be universal regardless of the issue.
