I believe it was actually from Christopher Hitchens, or perhaps Alan Dershowitz , I really can't recall, but regardless I'm quite certain that they didn't invent the phrase as I believe I've heard it before the last person I heard it from.

Sorry but being an Islamist is not a crime, one can be an Islamist without necessarily being a terrorist and that's a real problem and why this enemy is so difficult to fight, mainly because people like you claim Islamaphobia when people like me criticize their ideology because people like you don't understand the difference between Islamism and Islam.
