Yep that's a whole different story because AQ wasn't a known entity with ties to Afghanistan as far back as '93 or anything.

America happened because people with TOT's attitude believed that anyone who did not believe in the same God those who practiced their state religion believed in should get a red hot poker up their a$$.

No I would rather just deport them to their country of origin and ban them from reentering the country and put them on no fly lists. Oh wait we did deport him, he is banned from the country and on the no-fly list, I WIN!

Actually, we sent him to a third world country to be tortured because we didn't have the cahonas to torture him ourselves. "Torture is wrong" we say, but it's not wrong if we get somebody else to do it for us. Just call it outsourcing.

Thats right. The focus of the inquiry was not about if he was lying about being in afghanistan training or not. It may be good to know.
