Clinton did do it, to Paula Jones, and settled out of court for $850,000.
The first link I provided is the interesting one, showing how Jones' witnesses didn't want to testify under oath.
The second, is the one confirming the settlement. Court TV Online - Jones v. Clinton Paula Jones
The Bush accusation is nothing more than the illusions of a deranged woman. Sean Carter: The Bush Rape Story | I don't recall any finding to that effect.
I recall Jones flat out losing her case on summary judgment, meaning the evidence that Clinton violated any law was so thin the judge threw it out without even letting a jury consider it. Clinton settled in part because it was cheaper than continued litigating.
As Jones stated in the Penthouse interview, her case was set up and manipulated by right wing and religious groups.
If you believe it is fair to make conclusions contrary to judicial findings, (or without them) I'll look for you to be on the "guilty" bandwagon next time there is an accusation of wrongdoing against US troops.

If you want to refer to folks with the silver spoons in their mouths, look that the politician with the last name of "Bush".
Jones' lawsuit was supported by the religious right machine that wanted to take down Clinton, according to the Penthouse article. Quote: |

Current Mood: | Re: Liberal "Patriots" All things considered, Clinton, like him or not, was probably one of the well read, intellectually commanding Presidents in the history of the Office. I have to admit, I admire the man. Despite all the hogwash the man was serious about combating terrorism. And despite the fact that the military didn't like him, he really did care about our troops. Drawing down and pouring money into technology doesn't mean "I hate the troops."
