Being the tokyo Rose's of the Jihadist movement most certainly does constitute as treason, not to mention that the NYT's has repeatedly and unabashidly intentionally leaked classified information including operation ECHELON which got OBL to go off the cell phone grid not to mention the terrorist survellience program, so here we have the NYT's meeting both criteria for the Constitutional definition of treason IE they give them comfort through their propaganda and they give them aid by leaking our national security secrets. That's treason and there's nothing else it can be called. The NYT's is the paper WITH a record.

...I wonder....with all the lawyers in DC....why nobody has ever convicted any of the writers, editors, bods in the NYTs of treason? Then it isn't treason. You can call it what you want until you are blue in the face, but it changes nothing. However, you should keep in mind for the future that it only is treason in your opinion and not in reality as they haven't been convicted of such.

Jane Fonda blatantly committed treason but was never prosecuted. Your point here is completely invalid. Conviction in a court of law is not what determines whether or not a crime has been committed, just what has been accepted by a jury. It is a particularly idiotic fallacy to assign such infallibility to our criminal justice system.
